WHEN is the parcel normally posted out?

We post out all paid orders (subject to payment clearance for direct debit & cheque) before 2pm every working day. Any payment received after 2pm, it will be posted out the next working day.

 

HOW long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

As a guideline, estimated delivery time as follows:

  • For metro areas in Melbourne

Between 1 - 4 working days

  • For interstate Metro areas

Between 3 – 5 working days

  • For all country areas

It can take anywhere between to 5 – 14 working days, please make sure you place your order in advance if you need stock urgently, alternatively you can choose to pay for express post.

All deliveries are done using regular Australia Post, however, on request you may add on signature on delivery or express for an additional fee. For all orders outside Australia, freight will be quoted separately.

 

CAN I pick up my order?

Yes, you can place your orders online a day before and specify a pick up time so we can get it ready for you. You must specify while placing your order. Pick up is available every working day between 9am to 4pm.
