HOW do I place an order?

Taylor Hill Scarves & Co is a wholesaler company and only sell to in bulk and to businesses. Retailers and boutiques can register to Order Online by completing the Create an Account Form to be our stockist; click here, subject to approval by Taylor Hill Scarves & Co. ​

 

DO I pay for my order at check out? 

You can either pay online using credit card or Paypal or you can use the "Online quote". Online Quote need to be approved and allows you to pay via by Direct Debit. You will receive an email with payment instruction enclosed. 

 

HOW long before you process my order?

All orders are normally processed within 1 - 3 business days (longer for Victorian or National Public Holidays). We treat all order with urgency, however if you need the stock urgently or for the weekend, we urge you to place your order no later then Tuesday 2pm. After this, we cannot guarantee we will be able to process your order in time. You can always log in and check the status of your order (Pick, pack and despatch).

Office opening: Monday to Friday, open from 9am to 5pm.

 

WHEN will my order be send out?

The order will be proceed and send out within one to three working days, upon payment clerance.

 

CAN I pick up my order? 

Yes, you can place your orders online a day before and specify a pick up time so we can get it ready for you. Please select the option "Pick up" at the check out. Pick up is only available on Monday to Friday between 9am to 4pm from Unit 70, 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, 3177 (Morris Moor Building, enter via Clik Collective).
